Veramente completo, lunica cosa che gli manca a mio giudizio è la possibilità di rivedere per intero tutta la partita che ha portato a quelle ultime mosse.

Bella app per gli appassionati, i problemi contengono anche lintera partita che ha portato alla posizione attuale, in formato testo. Da quando lho acquistata ci gioco ogni giorno, decisamente consigliata.

Ottimo per imparare le tattiche posizionale con esempi storici.

Piu di 600 problemi con difficoltà crescente. Grafica piacevole. Soldi ben spesi.

I am an old fart and need o challenge my mind. This does that in spades and perhaps will allow me to play chess again without embarrassing myself too badly. I think this is one of the best apps on my iPad. Really love it!

Absolutely the best app to sharpen your end game and elevate a comprehensive understanding of offensive and defensive strategies.

If you love Chess or even just know how to play it, this is a great game to play and there’s so many ways to approach each level. My favorite game on iTunes next to Mario Kart.

Most of the games are from important players. It is so easy for a club player like me to see a good move and just play it. This game teaches me to see the board and the best opportunity there, not just a good one. Plus, it is just plain fun knowing you are playing a real game! You can go to the board and see how the “victim” got into this mess in the first place.

Some of the solutions are just dumb. Mate-in-5 where all your opp is doing is throwing pieces in front of your rook one after the other. Silly. Too many such “puzzles”. Also, for example on puzzle 440. The solution is wrong. Rh3 there is NOT checkmate. Work on this app.

The The peace movement is severely in accurate make sure you make the wrong move and lose. 99% of the people are cheaters this is for cheaters only!!!!! All of the five star reviews are made by the app owner!!!!!!!!!!!! Takes forever to get a game. My last review was deleted!!

I play a lot of online games against varied opponents and this app has definitely made my play stronger. It has improved my insight and given me confidence. The fact that the games are classic grandmaster games makes it more real. This is probably the BEST Chess puzzle app I have ever played!

Very fun to kill some time and develop chess skills.

What is there to say? The puzzles are a ball and the hint system works well. Highly recommend.

I use the ap on muy iPad Air 2, and it works well. I enjoy the ability to choose which level of challenge to take on. It's loads of fun for someone like me, who hasn't played chess in years. The ap is well designed and definitely worth the price. I wish you could toggle off the blue dots that show where pieces can move. (These dots sometimes fail to disappear when shifting to a different piece). But this is a minor issue overall.

I am enjoying this chess app. Passes time and the later position challenge me.

This app has really helped me think through all the possible moves.

Clean simple interface with the options you'd expect and a bit of trivia that adds a little weight to the bite size tasks at hand. Highly recommended.

Good variety of real-game situations. Increasingly challenging as the moves notch up. No downside if you like chess, or even just as a good brain-teaser.

Love this app!! Not very far in it, seeing as how there's over 600 levels!! But this is the perfect amount of challenging!!! Love it!!!

This App really keeps your game sharp. Worth every penny

This app collects over 600 mating nets from real games, from two-movers up to over 15 moves. (Top-flight players resign when the net becomes obvious, but this app gives you the chance to administer the satisfying coups de grace, if you can find them.) would that we could find these positions over the board! The app has some rough patches that can be fixed. On my year-old iPad Air, it still crashes if I tap "Previous game" even when there is one to select. There are undocumented functions, such as the mysterious "Figurine notion" I'm still trying to observe. Landscape mode, which it lacks, would be nice. A little editing of player names would improve things; I suspect some of the players with different names are really the same ones. (A previous review commented on the delay when you make a "wrong" move, but I can explain that one: there is an evaluation engine that kicks in and generates a response if you don't make the right move.) It would be nice to be able to search for mates by your favorite players. (Mine is Lasker.) All in all this is a very nice collection and a fun app for any chess player to have!

Truly...if you are looking to perfect your end game what better way to do so than to study the Masters. One of my all time favorite apps!

You get what you pay for

There is nothing better than trying to find solutions for chess puzzles from the actual games from the masters. A wonderful find!

Nice collection of puzzles. The issues I have are with the app. 1) It should work in landscape mode. 2) I want to be able to turn off the dots that appear when I select a piece to move. 3) There is a noticeable delay when I make a wrong move and no delay when I make a correct move. It's distracting. I would have a fixed delay after all moves.
